3. ENKI IN21 Responsibility

ENKI IN21 is the originator and developer of the project concept and remains responsible for the conceptual framework, project ideology, approved presentation materials, and development of the project solution. The Representative is not responsible for technical design or project engineering unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Representative Marketing Objective

The Representative may market and present the approved project concept, identify and introduce qualified organizations, and assist in developing a funded commercial opportunity.

Compensation is success-based and shall be confirmed in writing for each registered opportunity. The applicable Project Commission, Representative share, qualifying project proceeds, and payment conditions shall be stated before substantive commercial negotiations proceed.

The project is conceived as a new urban tourism and recreation format integrating hospitality, entertainment, attractions, environmental adaptation, and climate-responsive leisure planning within one coordinated development concept.

Development of a multi-level hydroponic agro-industrial complex located underground or integrated within a mountain mass, with coordinated provision of energy, water, climate control, and supporting infrastructure for year-round agricultural production.

2. Project Distinction

The project combines protected multi-level hydroponic production with underground or mountain-integrated placement, creating a controlled agricultural environment linked to dedicated energy and water solutions.

The project establishes a coordinated development sequence - Resources, Energy, Housing, Food Production, Industry, and Urban Infrastructure - and allows individual directions to be developed independently or combined within one comprehensive territorial program.
